Project Exploration and Management for Government Entity

The Assistant Vice President of Business Development and External Affairs at Brooklyn Navy Yard hired me to explore the feasibility of next-generation pilot EV charging and micro-mobility initiatives. They were looking to offer a solution and work together as an extension of New York City and work together and be a space for new-technology to test before going into a bigger market. Was now the right time, and could we find the funding to bring a program to life? The good news is that we did find a designated space in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a budget, and an overwhelming need for the project. We even decided to pitch a second location to be considered that would be more consumer-facing and be an extension of the Electric Alley brand that we created from the initial project.
