National Commercial Spot Production with Media Buy
Part of the Chevrolet sponsorship of the 2017 Warner Brothers feature film titled The Lego Batman Movie included the creation of a 30-second and 60-second spot that would run nationally on Chevrolet media channels. The team and I created a new "Real People, Not Actors" advertisement, in which genuine Lego Minifigure figurines discuss what kind of person would drive the Lego Batmobile.
The design of this commercial was a joint effort between the Chevrolet brand team, Warner Brothers, and Lego, and I served as the hub of the wheel for over 25 members, in files, approvals, talent voiceovers, and delivering a final product that would perform well for the target audience.
Additional tasks included:
Working closely with Campbell-Ewald on the creation and pitch of the commercial
Organizing contracts for the usage of the musical score
Initiating conversation with the talent agency Creative Artist Agency for Will Arnett to record for the voice of Batman
Managing the production budget for contractually obligated asset
Assuring all parties were always on the same page and in constant communication to be outstanding partners
Working closely with media agency Carat to secure the correct locations where the commercial would play to not overlap with Warner Brothers and other sponsors' promotions
