Buick South Beach Wine and Food Festival Experiential

February 24, 2014, kicked off the three-day South Beach Wine and Food Festival. One of Buick's consumer identity pillars was Food and Wine, so we would activate at these festivals to share the Buick portfolio with interested consumers. I managed all Food and Wine Festivals with Food and Wine Magainze nationwide (New York, Georgia, California), including Miami, Florida. 

I was in charge of everything for the brand on behalf of the client, Sandra Moore, Director of Advertising for Buick. This included the set design, theme, onsite talent hiring, activation agency management, lead generation, and data capture. 

Additional tasks included:

  • Collecting data from 3,200 unique attendees of the event

  • Organizing brand shuttle vehicles for talent

  • Managing all onsite activities on behalf of the brand
