Four Seasons Chiang Mai Thailand Marketing Strategy

I was hired by the Four Seasons franchise owner, who operated all three properties in Thailand. One of the properties was in the rural area of Thailand. They were looking for ways to continue showcasing the property's offerings to attract the right clientele. After learning of these challenges at the headquarters in Bangkok, it was time to see the property and strategize on how to attract more guests to experience this beautiful property. The assets for this property, including drone video and photography, were to be used for communications, press, social media, and internal reporting.

Additional tasks included:

- Doing a site visit, staying and experiencing the rural resort

- Experiencing the local village via bicycle, feeding the Bison on the resort, and learning about how rice is planted and harvested.

- Speaking with the restaurant staff from Italy as one of the on-site restaurants was authentic Italian.
